Registration Process
When completing the registration form, you will first make an account as a parent/caregiver, and then go through the registration process and add each individual child to assign to a program. You can use a default Family Address to speed up the registration process for multiple children.
Keep in mind that the auto-fill feature will add your details instead of your child's name and other details. Registration errors may cause problems at the time of registration in leagues and tournaments.

- Required
- Firstname / Lastname
- Birthdate
- Personal Health Number (Health Insurance ID)
- Gender (Required for U8+ Boys/Girls Programs)
- Emergency Contact Name & Phone Number
- Payment Method for Online Registration
- Optional:

Refund Policy
- Unless we are unable to offer the player a position on a team, registration fees are non-refundable once the season has commenced.
- Refund requests from players are accepted until May 1st and are subject to a prorated administration fee.
- All registration refund requests must be made via email to the Club Registrar at: registrar@tysa.ca
- A player’s jersey(s) plus shorts must be returned to the team's manager before a refund will be processed.
- No registration fee refunds will be issued because of game cancellations or field/facility closures.
- Registration fee refund requests due to injuries or illness must be accompanied by a doctor’s note
Exceptions will be made for players:
- Who have a season-ending injury (doctor's note is required)
- Whose families unexpectedly relocate out of the the Terrace and surrounding area.
The refunded amount may be pro-rated. Affiliation fees are non-refundable
Family/Sibling Discounts
TYSA offers a sibling discount providing families a reduced registration fee for registering more than one child within organization.
This discount should be automatically calculated for a 3rd or more child registration under a single family and applied as part of the updated registration process.
